I started TechRock to do consulting differently.
A boutique AI & IT consulting firm. Founded in London in 2024. Senior consulting on every engagement — no exceptions.
Why I started
I spent the better part of two decades inside large consulting firms — close enough to see what worked and what didn't. The pattern was consistent: impressive pitches from senior people, contracts signed on the back of that confidence, and then delivery handed off to junior teams who had never done it before.
TechRock is built around a single constraint: the person you meet in the first conversation is the person on your programme. No account management layer. No escalation paths that lead back to someone who disappeared after the contract was signed. One senior practitioner across AI delivery, agile coaching, project management, business analysis, and test management.
We work with technology organisations that need someone who has genuinely done it before, and who will tell them honestly when we're not the right fit. That's rarer than it should be.

I'm the only person at TechRock right now, by design. Every engagement I take on gets my full attention from discovery through delivery — no handoffs, no juniors learning on your project, no partner who sold the work then vanished. I started TechRock because the delivery layer, not the technology, is where most ambitious programmes quietly fail.

Where we work
We're based in London and work with businesses of all sizes and sectors — from startups and growing SMEs to mid-market and regulated enterprises — across the UK and internationally. Remote-first by default, on-site where it genuinely adds value.
What we don't do
No roadshows
We don't pitch with people who won't be in the room when delivery starts. The person you meet is the person who does the work.
No rebadged graduates
We don't put junior consultants in senior roles and manage them from the back. Every engagement is led by someone who has done it before.
No artificial dependency
We don't build processes that require us to maintain them. Knowledge transfer is part of every engagement, not an optional extra.
No pitch without understanding
We don't send proposals before we understand the situation. We ask questions first, and we give you an honest view before anything is agreed.
No scope games
We price by outcome, not days. We don't have an incentive to keep projects running longer than necessary.
No pretending
If we're not the right fit for a piece of work, we say so in the first call. Our reputation is built on what we deliver, not what we win.
